Torrmj\u00f6lk f\u00f6r den som<br>gillar det.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Br\u00f6d som h\u00e5ller l\u00e4nge: kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d, grovt kompakt br\u00f6d som t.ex. r\u00e5gbr\u00f6d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Br\u00f6d som bakas p\u00e5 plats i en stekpanna (g\u00e4rna kv\u00e4llen innan) \u2013 ta med mj\u00f6l, torrj\u00e4st<br>och salt. Mackor och frukt<br>duger ofta j\u00e4ttebra, men \u00e4r det en kall dag kan det vara gott med n\u00e5got varmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Soppa, gjord av f\u00e4rska eller torkade rotfrukter\/gr\u00f6nsaker. Potatis- och purjol\u00f6kssoppa,<br>tomatsoppa p\u00e5 burktomat\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pulversoppa, t.ex. bl\u00e5b\u00e4rssoppa, nyponsoppa, svampsoppa, mexicanasoppa,<br>minestrone\u2026 \u00c4r det utflyktsmats\u00e4ck, \u00e4r det smart att ha med soppan f\u00e4rdig i termos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dricksvatten i flaska till utflykten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mackor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e4rsk frukt, r\u00e5a mor\u00f6tter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00f6tter\/fr\u00f6n och torkad frukt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kex\/skorpor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Godis f\u00f6r \u201dakutl\u00e4ge\u201d n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon blir tr\u00f6tt, det bl\u00e5ser motvind, n\u00e5gon har skadat sig etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Middag<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det g\u00e5r bra att g\u00f6ra samma r\u00e4tt tv\u00e5 eller flera g\u00e5nger, f\u00f6r enklare planering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pasta med torkad k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s (<em>se recept nedan<\/em>) eller torkad vegf\u00e4rss\u00e5s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasta med ost. Parmesanost \u00e4r ett bra tips! Den h\u00e5ller sig fint eftersom den \u00e4r s\u00e5 torr.<br>Annars \u00e4r osts\u00e5s ett bra s\u00e4tt att anv\u00e4nda ost som blivit f\u00f6r \u201csvettig\u201d i sommarv\u00e4rmen.<br>Ost av typen Herrg\u00e5rd blir g\u00e4rna f\u00f6r seg i osts\u00e5s. Pr\u00e4st- eller V\u00e4sterbottenost funkar<br>b\u00e4ttre. L\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna till svamp (kan torkas) eller fl\u00e4sk om du vill ha mer smak. \u00c4delost<br>\u00e4r gott att ha i pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linsgryta med ris\/pasta\/potatis. Linser g\u00e5r snabbt att laga till och ger ett bra<br>proteintillskott. \u00c4ven kik\u00e4rtor och b\u00f6nor funkar bra, fast beh\u00f6ver bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggas och har<br>l\u00e4ngre koktid (d\u00e5 \u00e4r det bra att koka \u00f6ver eld, s\u00e5 du sparar br\u00e4nsle till stormk\u00f6ket.<br>F\u00e4rdigkokta b\u00f6nor \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ett alternativ men ger st\u00f6rre packning \u00e4n torra.<br>Soltorkade tomater och tomatpur\u00e9 p\u00e5 tub kan vara bra ingredienser i en gryta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00f6dbetssoppa\/-gryta p\u00e5 torkade rivna r\u00f6dbetor \u00e4r gott och f\u00e4rgglatt!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falafel &#8211; g\u00f6r egna kik\u00e4rtsbollar och stek i olja. \u00c4t med ris eller t.ex. tortillabr\u00f6d,<br>gr\u00f6nsaker och kanske n\u00e5gon s\u00e5s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ris med curry, russin, stekt l\u00f6k, jordn\u00f6tter m.m. Enkelt och gott.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potatismos med konserverad makrill i tomats\u00e5s eller fiskbullar. Pulvermos eller mos<br>av f\u00e4rsk potatis. Makrill i tomats\u00e5s och fiskbullar \u00e4r inte kylkonserv, s\u00e5 det g\u00e5r bra att<br>ha under hela l\u00e4gret.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potatismos med korv p\u00e5 burk. Det finns varmkorv p\u00e5 burk som inte \u00e4r kylkonserv<br>(t.ex. Bullens). Kolla vad som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen! \u00c4ven salami och \u00f6lkorv g\u00e5r bra<br>att ta med p\u00e5 l\u00e4ger d\u00e5 de \u00e4r kallr\u00f6kta och torkade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wok med nudlar och gr\u00f6nsaker. Bra ingredienser att packa med \u00e4r t.ex. mor\u00f6tter, k\u00e5l<br>och l\u00f6k, broccoli, chilifrukt, f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, cashewn\u00f6tter, olja och soja. Rotfrukter och<br>gr\u00f6nsaker kan torkas hemma och l\u00e4ggas i bl\u00f6t innan tillagning f\u00f6r \u00e4nnu l\u00e4ttare<br>packning. T.ex. \u00e4ggnudlar \u00e4r matigare \u00e4n snabbnudlar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tacos\/tortillas med tillbeh\u00f6r. Ost, tacos\u00e5s, majs p\u00e5 burk (eller torkad majs som<br>bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggs och kokas upp), gr\u00f6nsaker, l\u00f6k\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pannkakor\/kolbullar\/r\u00e5rakor\/raggmunkar. Kolbullar \u00e4r en tjock pannkaka utan \u00e4gg och<br>mj\u00f6lk (recept finns p\u00e5 internet). Dessa r\u00e4tter f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter bra m\u00f6jligheter att steka, helst<br>\u00f6ver \u00f6ppen eld. F\u00e4rska \u00e4gg g\u00e5r bra att ta med men \u00e4r sv\u00e5ra att packa. \u00c4gg finns \u00e4ven i<br>pulverform. Stekt fl\u00e4sk \u00e4r ett bra tillbeh\u00f6r som \u00e4ven ger stekfett.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Efterr\u00e4tter och godis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hittar du bl\u00e5b\u00e4r eller hallon, kan du g\u00f6ra paj till efterr\u00e4tt. Ta med lite extra mj\u00f6l, sm\u00f6r<br>och socker (och kanske vaniljs\u00e5spulver) om du l\u00e4ngtar efter det!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opoppade popcorn \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att ta med och kul att g\u00f6ra. Risk f\u00f6r br\u00e4nd botten p\u00e5 grytan &#8211;<br>ta det f\u00f6rsiktigt!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grillade eller stekta \u00e4pplen med t.ex. kanel \u00e4r gott!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sm\u00e5godis \u00e4r bra att ha med, s\u00e4rskilt om det skulle bli kallt och regnigt. Att krypa in i<br>t\u00e4ltet med en bok eller kortlek och en p\u00e5se godis kan bli dagens h\u00f6jdpunkt!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Torkning av friluftsmat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rotsaker och potatis i tunna bitar eller grovrivna p\u00e5 rivj\u00e4rn. Broccoli\/vitk\u00e5l i sm\u00e5 bitar,<br>majskorn, tunt skivad purjol\u00f6k, \u00e4pplen i tunna klyftor\u2026<br>F\u00f6rv\u00e4ll rotfrukter och gr\u00f6nsaker (g\u00e4ller inte \u00e4pple och purjol\u00f6k) 1-3 minuter. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t<br>med sm\u00f6rpapper och torka i ugnen. Max 50 grader, h\u00e5ll luckan p\u00e5 gl\u00e4nt med hj\u00e4lp av en<br>tr\u00e4slev. Torka till riktigt h\u00e5rd konsistens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 riktigt bra. Anv\u00e4nd magert k\u00f6tt som n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs. Stek k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen helt klar.<br>L\u00e4gg den stekta f\u00e4rsen i en sil och h\u00e4ll kokhett vatten \u00f6ver s\u00e5 att allt fett rinner av (g\u00f6r inte<br>detta i vasken, d\u00e5 det kan s\u00e4tta igen avloppet). L\u00e4gg f\u00e4rsen p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med sm\u00f6rpapper och<br>torka i ugnen p\u00e5 50 grader med luckan p\u00e5 gl\u00e4nt. Torka tills konsistensen \u00e4r riktigt h\u00e5rd och<br>knastrig. \u00c4ven tunna skivor av k\u00f6tt g\u00e5r bra att torka. Ett f\u00f6rslag \u00e4r att torka f\u00e4rdigt renskav<br>som kan k\u00f6pas fryst. Torkas p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs! Renk\u00f6tt finns f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ocks\u00e5<br>f\u00e4rdigtorkat att k\u00f6pa, t.ex. via webbshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vegetariska alternativ till k\u00f6tt och f\u00e4rs finns i torkad form, t.ex. sojabitar.<br>De torkade r\u00e5varorna f\u00f6rvaras torrt, m\u00f6rkt och svalt. Torkat k\u00f6tt kan med f\u00f6rdel f\u00f6rvaras i<br>frysen fram till avf\u00e4rd. P\u00e5 l\u00e4gret f\u00f6rvaras maten vattent\u00e4tt. Ett bra s\u00e4tt \u00e4r att packa varje<br>ingrediens f\u00f6r sig i en pappersp\u00e5se. P\u00e5sarna l\u00e4ggs sedan i en st\u00f6rre, vattent\u00e4t p\u00e5se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Torkad k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s &#8211; s\u00e5 h\u00e4r lagar du till den ute<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Koka upp vatten. L\u00e4gg i torkad k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs\/vegf\u00e4rs tillsammans med t.ex. torkade rivna mor\u00f6tter,<br>soltorkade tomater och torkade majskorn. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 en stund s\u00e5 det torkade sv\u00e4ller och mjuknar.<br>Stek hackad gul l\u00f6k och ev. vitl\u00f6k i sm\u00f6r\/olja. L\u00e4gg l\u00f6ken i grytan med de torkade<br>ingredienserna. Koka det hela tills det \u00e4r mjukt.
